  I should have taken the one star reviews as fact. Instead I went to T-Mobile Woldgate this morning and waited with two other customers outside. At 10:00 am an employee in the back opened the door to the rear room, looked at us and closed the door. At 10:15 another employee came out and opened the front door only to tell us they would not be opening for another 30 minutes. He refused to allow us to come inside out of the cold to wait. I asked why they don't just put a sign on the door saying they are not opening on time. Christian, the employee had no response. Not sure how many employees were in the back and not willing to open the doors at the advertised 10:00 am. Not sure if something nefarious was taking place in the back room or if these top notch employees were just hung over or simply didn't care. Do yourself a favor and go to the T-Mobile in Reston. I did and they were terrific.
