  We have been working with the fantastic Home Escapes team for over 15 years, starting with our first hot tub purchase in 2002. We have since replaced our hot tub and purchased two complete outdoor sets from them because each and every time, regardless of spend amount, we have the same exceptional experience. Their product knowledge is deep and thorough, they advise and recommend and have often reconfigured our solutions to save us money and keep the same experience we walk in describing. From the minute your feet cross the threshold of their modest showroom to the arrival of the purchase in your home and beyond, you are consistently treated with respect and gratitude. Dave and Alex's vision is what we all seek - beautiful outdoor furniture at affordable prices configured just as you need them. Roseanne is amazing to work with post-purchase and the team that comes out to deliver and service the hot tubs are professional, clean and neat. We will continue to plan our outdoor vision with the Home Escapes team!

  I had an outstanding experience shopping at Home Escapes and with installation of my spa. Rosanne is a delight to work with and very helpful with the workings of the spa. I've had many questions since the installation a few weeks ago and she has responded within a few hours. My caldera spa is awesome! The location also has an awesome selection of furniture and fire pits. They sell Sunbrella outdoor furniture which is the best in the world so I'd recommend you check those out as well. I hope to do more business with Home Escapes in the future!
